UPS Ground: 2 Business Days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
Package will receive an email with a tracking number after it is shipped.
To ensure safety and secure delivery, orders will only be accepted if the shipping and billing address match and will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Orders that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. We do not ship out on weekends. If you ordered a mold kit, your first shipment will include a prepaid return label. Attach that label to your package containing your mold, and drop off your package at your nearest UPS location. After receiving your mold, your custom grillz will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to issue claims for lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
When your mold is shipped, please keep your tracking information.
